2018 Jeep® Wrangler Gets Interior Upgrade
As a Jeep® dealership serving Friendswood, TX, Ron Carter Chrysler Jeep Dodge of League City is always eager to hear news about great Jeep vehicles. Recently, we came across an Automotive News article about how the 2018 Jeep Wrangler is receiving an upgraded interior, and we wanted to share this news with drivers in the Friendswood, TX area.
Although retaining the rugged exterior of the 2017 Jeep Wrangler, the 2018 version will have a redesigned interior to increase driving comfort and ease. Equipped with features like heated seats and steering wheel, 7-inch screen in the dashboard instrument cluster, center-mount window controls, and an updated version of the Uconnect® infotainment system; the 2018 Jeep Wrangler enters production in November 2017, with its debut in our showroom for later this year.
Not only will the 2018 Jeep Wrangler have interior comfort, but some upgrades to the powertrain will provide greater performance in on- and off-road conditions. Like the 2017 Jeep Wrangler, this new Jeep SUV will have a 3.6-liter V6 engine mated to an upgraded an eight-speed automatic transmission with an option for manual transmission.
Like this year’s Jeep Wrangler, the 2018 version will be available in two or four-door versions, with four trim levels (Sport, Sport S, Sahara, and Rubicon) and a wide range of standard features, including LED headlights and fog lights, satellite radio, auxiliary input jack and USB port, temperature gauge, and compass.
